If for any reason you are not satisfied with Your Lovey, please Email me and let me know within 7 days of your receipt of the Lovey gift. I will give you the address to ship the item back to me within two weeks of the purchase date and I will happily refund the cost of your item.

The refund transaction will take place upon receipt of the item and the Lovey must be free of any damage, strong odors and must be unwashed. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
